Susan Baumgartner
Susan has spent the past 29 years in the hospitality business and she’s passionate about creating events and building lasting relationships with her clients. She truly enjoys working with her clients to help create those magical, memorable moments that last forever.
Susan started with Delta Airlines in 1991, which moved her to the beautiful state of Utah. Being a native from Montana, it felt like she hadn’t moved too far away. In 2004 she followed her passion for event planning and went to work for DVIP Event Services in Park City, Utah. DVIP is a full service destination management company offering premier corporate event planning services in Salt Lake, Park City, Jackson Hole & surrounding areas. Susan has years of experience overseeing events making sure every detail and aspect exceeds expectations. In 2017 she signed on as a Program Manager for Summit Events, also in Park City and became a premier event planner specializing in the design and implementation of events, activities, and program logistics.
Susan can plan everything from personal life events such as weddings, bar mitzvahs, baby showers, mountain-side dinners to large scale corporate parties, fundraisers and galas. She is innovative and uses new hybrid methods that accommodate online and offline events. Her meticulous attention to detail will leave you time to enjoy the moment that she has helped you create!
